Our corporate broking/finacnce service provides commercial and proactive advice in relation to all aspects of an investment company’s interaction with the capital markets including monitoring share price movements, volume, discounts and compliance with regulatory obligations. Board communication is formalised through a quarterly corporate board report and we regularly attend Board meetings to maintain an open dialogue with the directors. Between Board meetings we maintain on-going contact with the manager and we always welcome any direct contact with the chairman, or indeed any Board member, as required.

Corporate advice - David Benda and Nathan Brown (both previously at Winterflood and HSBC) lead the delivery of Numis Investment Companies’ corporate broking service. They work alongside specialist corporate financiers and are supported as required by Numis’ corporate finance/broking department (consisting of 30 professionals) and investor relations team.

The team has experience of a full range of corporate transactions including primary and secondary fund raisings with the ability to access all of the key markets in London such as the Official List, AIM, Specialist Fund Market and the International Bulletin Board. In addition the team has been involved in several more complicated and innovative reconstructions within the sector.
