We are constantly researching interesting, high quality companies to bring to the attention of institutional investors. And, thanks to our growing list of successes, companies wanting to list in London look to us for advice and guidance. Numis has made its mark as a leading corporate broker and adviser to mid and small cap UK companies. We have been involved in transactions that have raised over £3.75 billion of equity capital for corporate clients since January 2007. Numis has a strong track record of IPOs on London’s main market and AIM. We continue to assist our existing clients in achieving their objectives with a significant proportion of our corporate deals in the year coming from secondary issues and M&A activity for existing clients. We have (in April 2010) 122 corporate clients (21 of which are in the FTSE 250) with a combined market capitalisation of over £25 billion. We continue to attract more and more high quality companies across all the sectors in which we specialise. We number several overseas companies among our clients and expect to bring more to the London market in the future. |
