Numis has made its mark as a leading corporate broker and adviser to mid and small cap UK companies. We have been involved in transactions that have raised over £3 billion for corporate clients in the last two years, over £1.5 billion of which has been raised since January 2007.

Numis has a strong track record of IPOs on London’s main market and AIM. We continue to assist our existing clients in achieving their objectives with over 63% of our fundraising activity in the year ended 30 September 2007 coming from secondary issues for existing clients. We have (in Jan 2008) 110 corporate clients and continue to attract more and more high quality companies across all the sectors in which we specialise.

We number several overseas companies among our clients and expect to bring more to the London market in the future. Numis Caspian, our subsidiary in Almaty, Kazakhstan, will soon be active among the many companies that want to use London’s capital markets to finance the exploitation of that country’s rich endowment of natural resources.
