The Engineering sector is well established at Numis and forms an integral part of the highly ranked Capital Goods team, along with Aerospace & Defence. The team was voted No.3 by Thomson Reuters Extel for Smaller Companies research in 2009 and has featured in the top 3 for the past 4 years, including being voted No.1 in the 2008 survey and, on an indiviidual basis, No.3 in the 2008 Thomson Reuters Extel Survey for small-cap Capital Goods research.  The team was also ranked No.1 for ‘recommendations accuracy’ by Starmine in 2007. The aim is to provide authoritative industry research on the mid and small caps engineering sector, and in keeping with this formula, bi-annual reports provide an in-depth review of the key industry drivers and detailed company analysis.
